The 10|10 Program Checkout Form

10|10 PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in the 10|10 Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Access: The 10|10 Program is a monthly coaching subscription provided by Clean Biz Network LLC (CBN). Active subscribers receive ongoing business coaching, training, and access to applicable program resources.

2. Setup Fee: A one-time, nonrefundable setup fee is paid upon registration through this form. The setup fee includes:

   - One full year of CBN Membership and Software at no additional charge. Existing Basic CBN members will have their current monthly or annual membership payments waived for one year.

   - Your first two coaching calls, which serve as onboarding sessions.

   - Creation or updating of your business website with CBN CRM tools installed, whichever is needed, determined by your onboarding calls. *Note: You are responsible for any site customizations after our one-time initial creation or setup. CBN is NOT responsible for unlimited site changes, though your site may be hosted on our platform per your request. 

   - Installation of select pre-built workflow automations into your CBN CRM account.

   - Access to the In-House Lead Generation Course.

3. Monthly Subscription: Your first monthly subscription payment will begin 30 days after your setup fee is paid. Payments will automatically renew monthly thereafter until canceled.

4. Cancel Anytime: There is no long-term contract or minimum monthly commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within your account in the Settings tab of the CRM or by emailing **[email protected]**. Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

5. Refund Policy: All payments are final and nonrefundable, including setup fees, monthly subscription payments, and unused coaching sessions. Cancellation does not entitle members to refunds for previous payments.

6. Missed Payments: If a monthly subscription payment is missed or declined, ongoing coaching sessions will be placed on hold until payments resume. Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be made up.

7. Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions are provided according to CBN's scheduling and availability. CBN reserves the right to adjust coaching schedules, formats, and assigned coaches as needed. Meetings are typically bi-weekly. Clients reserve the right to choose their preferred coach and CBN will adhere according to availability. Clients MUST arrive at scheduled appointments within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time, or the appointment may be forfeited. Appointments that have been forfeited because of late arrival are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

8. No Guaranteed Results: CBN provides business education, coaching, and resources but does not guarantee cleaning contracts, revenue, profits, or any specific business results. Members are responsible for implementing the guidance provided and managing their own businesses.

9. No Leads Included: Commercial cleaning leads, bid appointments, and cleaning contracts are not included or guaranteed in the 10|10 Program. Any separately purchased leads are subject to their own terms and conditions.

10. Membership & Software Access: The complimentary one-year CBN Membership and Software access included with the setup fee remains available for the full year, even if the monthly coaching subscription is canceled. After the complimentary year, continued membership and software access will require a separate paid subscription. Your one year ends 365 days from the date that your Setup Fee was paid.

11. Termination: CBN reserves the right to suspend or terminate program access for misuse, inappropriate conduct, or violations of these terms.

12. Agreement: By submitting this registration form and completing payment, and signing the form digitally, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
